Feb. 12...Please pray for us as we prepare our home for the children and pack for our travel...pray that the transition for them and for us, will be sweet, peaceful, and joyful...pray for travel mercies and blessings, and for perfect health for our family during this time! We praise God for all of this coming to fruition at last!!! And we praise Him for all of the love and support from all of our family and friends! 

Feb. 3...We passed court yesterday and will be on our way to bring our babies home in a  couple of weeks...please pray that we have safe travels, good health, and that all the final details go perfectly...we appreciate all of you who've supported us along the way and we can't wait to continue doing life with you! It will be a joy for us to introduce these kiddos to you and for them to understand the part each of you has had in their lives already!!! 

Dec. 29...What a precious Christmas we have had this year, surrounded by all our family, focusing on the true meaning of the season! What a beautiful candlelight service Christmas Eve! We are so grateful for all of you...our family and friends!!! Some of you we've known forever, some we've just recently met and plan to make life long friends, some we haven't met yet! We love and appreciate you all and wish you the warmest blessings this holiday and always! Praise The Lord for the gift of His Son!!!

Dec. 19...Wow, this is a great Christmas Gift!!!  

Our court date has been scheduled! Please pray that all goes well as our agency represents us in court! If it does, the children become ours, then, we will be planning our travel!!!

Our prayer is for a successful court date...the first time around, and that our travel funds come together! Praise the Lord, remember He is the reason for the Season!!!

Dec. 11...Praise God! We are sending our acceptance letter and partial payment to our agency today...We received a grant today and are SO blessed! We still need $ to complete this part of the process. If  people would give now, we will have this portion done and can be on our way to collecting the travel funds and traveling to get our kids...We thank God for getting us closer step by step...we love to let Him Shine, as He always does!

Dec. 5...We received our official referral today!!! It is REALLY finally here!...The day we have been waiting for!... and now the process speeds up!

Our prayer is that during this season of spending money and providing a special holiday for our families, people who are looking for a charitable place to give a gift, will remember these little children and help us to bring them HOME!!! This is a REAL opportunity and we look forward to introducing them to you all very soon! We are so grateful for the opportunity to be their family...what a Blessing for us all !!!

Dec. 1...We are waiting and definitely feeling it, just like when you are expecting...at this time of year, especially, we have such a strong reminder of family and can't wait to feel ours is completed. Please pray for us during this time of waiting and wondering where the rest of the funds are coming from...we know the Lord will provide, we just need to trust! 

Nov. 27...Thanksgiving, Thank the Lord for all of you, our family and friends! We hope this finds you all warm and cozy around the fire or the table, enjoying hot cider and turkey sandwiches with those who are most precious to you!!! 

Nov. 20...Praise, again, we have so much to be thankful for! Our friend Jack who has been fighting cancer has been declared cancer free!!! 

Nov. 6...Praise the Lord...our Dossier has arrived safely in country and we are expecting our official referral in a week or two. 

Oct. 30...Praise the Lord for Baby Cohen Lucas, our grandson, born around 7:30 pm, TODAY... weighing in at 7 pounds 13 ounces...and measuring 21 inches long! 

Oct. 23...Praise the Lord!!!...our dossier arrived at our agency, yesterday! Please pray that all goes well as it is forwarded on.

Oct. 20...Pray for our first grandchild, who is to arrive sometime this week...Our son Luke and his wife Evin are expecting a boy anytime now!

Oct. 4...Our anniversay! Praise the Lord for our precious relationship with Him and each other! Praise the Lord for our children, whom we continue to enjoy so much and whom we adore! 

Sept. 6...Praise... We had a wonderful time with our Fellowship Group today!  There were about 80 amazing family members at our home who are in the process of adoption or have already adopted. 

Sept. 3...Today Beth's mom had hip replacement surgery. She came through it just fine. Please keep her in your prayers as she recovers! 

This week we will be applying to some adoption assistance organizations for grants. Please pray for favor on our family as the money comes together quickly!

Praise...we're close to dossier submisson!

Aug. 27...Praise...we are so close to sending our Dossier...we are really close, Thanks for all your prayers, and Praise The Lord!!!! 

Next step, mid-payment,  Keep up the wonderful prayers, we definitely feel them!

Aug. 16...Today is Beth's dear Dad's birthday! We lost him 7 years ago and still miss him greatly! How wonderful that we found our children between their birthdays! They are in the middle of this adoption in a way! They are with Jesus advocating for us! Praise to the Lord for our 4 little children!

Aug. 8...Today is Jon's sweet Dad's birthday! We lost him 9 years ago and still miss him deeply! Help us lovingly honor him as we step through this miraclulous process! Pray for our hearts and courage this week!

Aug. 1...Pray that we can get our dossier sent, it is completely ready and approved by our family coordinator...we just need to get the money!
