Welcome Home...to our Children!!!

The custody of our children has been transferred to us!!!

We traveled Feb. 20th to 28th 2009 to get them!

This is our happy extended family in a rustic setting this fall 2009...

As we prepared warm and cozy bedrooms with clothes and shoes in the closets, pictures on the walls, and, books and toys in the shelves, are hearts were filled with joy and gratitude to you and The Lord for helping make this journey such a faith building process! We have never been more peaceful and trusting in anything we have done in our lives! We have felt Our Father's supernatural peace each moment!

And...that could only be a God thing, it doesn't come naturally to anyone! He truly is and has been in control as we have navigated this whole road...what fun to experience  each twist and turn as He has shown us that He is in control!!!             He has provided for each part of the process...including leading others to help!

We look forward to discovering the places He will lead us to help others in the future!

We have borrowed the remainder of our funds for now and plan to do a big fundraiser in the Spring or Summer to pay this back!

We want to be good stewards of His resources and that means we don't want to throw away money on interest!!!

We wish you Bright Blessings as you enjoy warmer weather...watching daffodils burst from the earth, buds breaking free on branches, new leaves apearing in spring green, and the fresh smell of cut grass. You may be planting a garden with your family or just focusing on what is most important to you, meeting your neighbors outside, again, cooking on the grill....and enjoying fresh moments with those you love the most!!!!!........ 

"The newness of Spring and the thought of new beginnings at the Easter Season..." touches our hearts...Jesus died on the cross so that we might have new life and eternity..."new life"...has new meaning to us this year!...He paid the price for our sins, that we might have a future...He has now given these kids a brighter future! An eternal future!

..... please remember that out there in the world...are 143 Million orphans with 5700 new orphans added EVERY DAY! Maybe adoption is something you could consider!

We have decided and are determined to make a difference in just a few of these orphans' lives! This is something we can do...if you have thought that you'd like to do something, but adopting an orphan yourself is not your calling, maybe your calling is to help us to show God's love to these kids we are adopting...we can be partners in this mission to really make a difference for some VERY REAL children who will be home soon and sharing the New Year and next Christmas with all of us by the fire!!!

Adoption is the greatest miracle that can be given to an orphan.

Our reasons for adopting....

  Hi, family and friends, We are Jon & Beth and have something to share with you. ...As some of you know, we have felt a pull on our hearts and lives to grow our family from the moment we met.
When we had 3 kids and knew we were not able to have any more biologically, we thought we should count our blessings and be grateful for the family God had already given us. But, somehow we both still felt the urge to "have " more children and to grow this large family we felt God had planned for us. What we didn't know at the time was what a miracle adoption is. It is through this miracle that we have Gracie and Blake. 
Seven years later, we feel the desire to grow  our family, again.....

Our older children are grown, married, and they support us in this mission...

We are a family of four at home.

  Gracie and Blake have always wanted to welcome younger siblings into our home. So...we are doing it again, Adopting!

What a wonderful way to express The Love of Our Father in this world.

We are not yet done raising children.

And we want to give our hearts and home to some of those who do not have the blessings we have been given.

    ADOPTION!  What a wonderful way to express The Love of Our Father in this world. It's what He has done for us. He rescues us from our circumstances, He picks us up, He dusts us off, He clothes us, He feeds us, He welcomes us into the family. Well, now we see our miracle of adoption in a different light. We see ourselves being His hands and enfolding arms to His orphans.

Our 4 children....!!!!

We had initially planned to adopt one or two orphans...a baby girl, and a little boy!  We felt that praying for them in advance was a step out in faith! (If one of them was a twin we were willing to adopt three.) OR 4? Yes! 4!, we have adopted a sibling group of 4!...if you are just tuning in, this is a NEW development!  The Lord knows what He is doing...check out  page 5!

We have heard...and did you know?... that there are 143 million orphans in the world? That many of them never reach their 6th birthday? and if they do, some only have a life expectancy of about 46? Well, we can change that and you can help!

 You can pray for us or you can donate to our mission...Every thing will be greatly appreciated!!!!!
